With more than 100 activities such as international exhibitions, forums and academic halls, it seeks to offer artists who participated in the Nongyuan residency program the opportunity to address and expand their international influence.
From the perspective of the artistic context, artistic communication has two meanings: one shares an artistic language system with another through linguistic media; people carry out exchanges, exploration and cooperation regarding artistic content, forms, appreciations, thoughts, etc. under the artistic theme. The first belongs to the category of “situational context” and the second to the category of “cultural context”.
If we include the Culture and Art Exchange Exhibition "China-Europe Image and Imagination" in the context system and in the context of times for your consideration, it is not surprising that it exhibits and explores exchanges between Chinese and European artists and their creations. artistic, as well as the phenomenon of the creation of exchanges and communications. Such forms obviously contain the unity of the opposites between history and reality, material and spirit, science and humility, nature and society, thoughts and feelings, and so on. in art exchanges.
China is vast in territory and rich in natural resources.
And Sichuan province, especially the western part of it, has the most unique scene.
In the thirteenth century, Marco Polo, a traveler from west to east, said: “There is a great river through the great city, in which there are quantities of boats beyond the imagination of people who have never seen or heard such a amount".
Sichuan Province is roughly a watershed between the Yellow River and the Yangtze River that fuels Chinese civilization. The coincidence of the majesty of North China and the elegance of South China make the local spirit world civilized and uncivilized and its history more impressive. There is a stunningly beautiful snow-capped Tibetan plateau, majestically splendid mountains, freely vast desert and sky, and just pious locals.
The uniqueness of Sichuan could only be represented by those who grow up here.
Where there are places much closer to the timid, there is the sacredness of belief and surrender to life.
Oriental aesthetics in Chinese culture is a kind of ambiguous "image" and "context" full of humanistic spirits; while the various thoughts, humanities and sciences in Western culture offer us other perspectives to see and feel the arts. 9 Chinese artists and 3 Spanish artists with different expectations harbor the same hope that their artistic concepts can be expressed through this exhibition and that they can experience the curated arts and understand communication beyond words.
